Initially Hugo's interest in music started by watching a television series in 1989 called "“Agter Elke Man”. After seeing Steve Hofmeyr play his guitar on the series, Hugo picked up a guitar and started playing. His first CD included the smash Afrikaans hit called "Deur Die Straights", which led to a successful tour with South African singing legend Theuns Jordaan. |
