Born and bred
in Bloemfontein Annake de Villiers passion for music has taken her on unbelievable
journey of memories and experiences. Annake's dream of playing in a orchestra
became a reality when she joined the TRUK orchestra, but her gut feeling
told her their was better horizons which took her on a emotional and geographical
journey from Brazil to the Middle East and the United Kingdom, where her
love for warm sensual sounds originated in Brazil. Annake has also
worked on various local productions like "Rock me Amadeus" and "Roll over
Beethoven" which was a great learning curve into the comercial music market.
Annake has also performed alongside many international artists and can
often be seen performing with local artists such as Steve Hofmeyer, Jannie
Moolman, Mathys Roets and Danie Botha.
