As
a child Myrna always took part in drama, choir, revue, piano lessons, modern
dancing and any form of the arts and loved it!!. In 2006 she did an audition
for the popular music game show “Noot vir Noot” in which 3500 people auditioned
and Myrna took second place that season and that really was the start of
a whole new life and beginning for her. Myrna has performed along side
many of South Africa's music legends like lance James, Barbara Ray, Dozi
and Clive Bruce and thoroughly enjoyed the experience she obtained from
it. All 12 tracks on Myrna's cd "Hier en Nou" are original tracks which
she has carefully selected from local songwriters to give a compilation
of music that compliments each other. Myrna can perform a wide genre of
music and relates it to her past experiences of life.
