Born in 1975,
this Sagittarian started singing at the age of nine. She matriculated
in 1993 at the Pretoria art school “Pro -Arte”. During her matric year
she won the Dalro National Acting competition, which awarded her Drama
pupil of the year. In this same year she also won the Crescendo singing
competition for best female vocalist. Jolette started working professionally
when she was asked to join the group Cutt Glas in 1994, After working
with the popular group for 10 years, Jolette felt ready to spread her wings
and enter the world of a solo artist. At last it is our turn, as the audience,
to be inspired by such vocal mastery, absolute musicality and writer’s
talent.
