Corine
worked full time as a model in SA and Europe for 13 years before breaking
into acting. She has done over 50 television commercials world wide, including
Fanta, Renault, Toyota, Bacardi, Opel Corsa, Peroni, Captain Morgan, Bon
Aqua, Walls Ice Cream, Danone and Guinness to name a few and also featured
in a TV commercial with Leslie Nielsen, Corine has done numerous World
wide Advertising campaigns for Lamborghini, Body Shop, Toni & Guy and
Eriksson and European campaigns for T-Mobile, Toyota Yaris and Speedo.
Some of her editorial jobs include Italian Vogue, Greek Elle, Czech Elle,
SA Elle, Cosmopolitan, Marie Claire, GQ and Men's Health. In 2003 she played
the female lead in a short film by Phillip C. Claassen and in 2004 started
her role as Jane Edwards in the popular South African production, Egoli.
Corine is currently working on a new Kyknet Drama series called 'Getroud
met Rugby' and future projects include the international Feature film 'Florida
Road' which is scheduled to shoot in May 2009. In 2007 Corine was
nominated for a Chrystal Award by People Magazine. Corine was also chosen
to present an award at the recent YOU Spectacular 2008. As one of South
Africa's top actresses, Corine is in high demand as host for prestigious
events, she is well known on the charity circuit and involved in a lot
of functions for SPCA, Wow & Wag, Celebrities Against Abuse, Glamour
Aid, Worcester Pioneer Rally, Food for All, Zimbabwe Food Drive and Tygerbeer
